My sole purpose is to use my life experiences to help people gain control of their physical health, and mental well-being, which is a form of gaining control of your life as a whole. In 2015, I was left absolutely helpless physically and mentally after I fractured my back, making an open field tackle in a collegiate football game. It wasn’t up until this very moment that I realized how much of a war zone I’ve been running from, in my own headspace.  My mental health was at an all time low.

My entire life has revolved around athletics. Baseball, basketball, football, soccer, track. You name it, I played it. I didn’t realize that my escape from reality was simply being active and being in a flow state. Athletics was my therapy. Fitness/movement is my therapy.

I took this down time while being injured to emphasis not only the importance of building a strong physical foundation, but a strong mental one as well.  Our reality is impacted by our inner thoughts. They are directly impacted by what we consume on a daily basis and I made it my mission to not only save myself from my own struggles, but help anyone that feels helpless and alone on their own personal journey. It never gets easier, but with the right team we make that process of unlearning and relearning that much more enjoyable. Staying healthy mentally, and staying active physically, saved my life. Now it’s your opportunity to let me help you save your own too.
